Love & Faith Outreach Ministries (LFOM) is a nondenominational ministry that is located in Texas, founded on Biblical principles and serving in the spirit of excellence with integrity and compassion for our community, our nation, and our world. We have established a reputation for reaching the lost and broken, and to minister and serve them with the utmost level of dignity and respect. We are recognized for our dedication to academic and spiritual excellence and mentoring and supporting spiritual leaders. Our environment inspires maximum participation, promotes personal satisfaction, and supports and molds effective leadership.

Our Mission
Pastor Randy Wormley is the Founder and Pastor of Love & Faith Outreach Ministries. He and his wife founded Love & Faith in 2013 in El Paso, TX and are now serving in San Antonio, TX.Pastor Randy is a husband, father, educator, and a true worshiper of God. He has a heart for God and a passion for people to be blessed, healed, and delivered.
Pastor Andrea Wormley serves as the Co-Pastor of Love & Faith Outreach Ministries. She is deeply passionate about mentorship and demonstrating God's love to everyone, while also emphasizing the relevance of God's ways in today's world. Pastor Andrea emphasizes the power that God has given to His people and the wisdom of moving in faith.
Pastor Randy Wormley is a veteran with over 29 years of military service, where he held the License Practical Nurse 68C as one of his primary military occupational specialties. His experience and his understanding of veterans' mental health concerns is complemented by a bachelor’s degree in health administration and healthcare management, and a master's degree in healthcare administration.
We are currently working on Grant opportunities for these initiatives. Our vision has always included a community outreach ministry housed in a café-style setting
LFOM brings together the homeless, low income, special needs, drug addicted, and emotionally troubled. They all worship and serve together in different ministries within LFOM, being used by God to lead the lost to Christ, mend the broken-hearted and to set captives free.
Together with their six children Preston, Tatia, Randy, Nadia, Kya and Joshua, actively participating and sharing their time in the ministry, they nurture a welcoming community. The Wormley family is committed to fostering faith, connection, and growth within their community.
